You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You must return the unused item using a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you within 48 hours that we’ve received and inspected your return, and notify you if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded (minus shipping charges) on your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the return amount.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will refund you for the original product (minus shipping charges) within 7-10 business days after it is received.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery for the order to be eligible for replacement.
We cannot accept returns of oregano oil.
