Returns Are Easy! Customer Satisfaction is Our Priority.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To start a return,

1) Contact us at info@greenfieldbotanics.com.

2) If your return is accepted based on the criteria below, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package.

3) You are responsible for shipping and we do not provide a return label. You must return the unused item using a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of oregano oil.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will refund you for the original product (minus shipping charges) within 7-10 business days after it is received.

Returns Timeline

We will notify you by email within 48 hours that we’ve received and inspected your return, and notify you if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded (minus shipping charges) on your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the return amount.
