Using a toner/astringent is an important step in any serious skin care regime to help balance the skin's pH. After cleansing the face, apply a moderate amount of toner/astringent to a cotton pad and gently apply all over the face in upward motions. Allow to dry.

I started using oil if oregano because of some gut bacteria issues. I read a lot online about natural things to try after the prescribed treatment didn’t work. That’s how I found oil of oregano. Honestly, the first time I tried it its was extremely potent even when diluted with cranberry juice. I know this oil is already diluted but I don’t think taking it without further dilute would be a good idea. I would recommend buying some capsules and putting the oil there first and then taking it.
I have been using this product for about 4-5 years, back when Ben was selling it on GetKion. I use it twice a day, and I always get compliments on my skin and the scent, and people ask what I am wearing. I feel good about putting on completely natural products on my skin. I take it with me everywhere, and it's useful when I'm on tropical trips and have more intense sun exposure than I am used to. I always take the leftover bit on my hands after applying it to my face and rub it into the ends of my hair. It is fair to say that I am in love with this product and a loyal subscriber.
Hi Shanna!
