Instructions on how to use: Using a toner/astringent is an important step in any serious skin care regime to help balance the skin's pH after the use of unbalancing cleansers and washes. After cleansing the face, apply a moderate amount of toner/astringent to a cotton pad and gently apply all over the face in upward motions. Allow to dry, and follow with serum/moisturizer of choice.

After just using the toner for a couple of days I can already notice a difference in my skin. It looks cleaner and the skin feels much smoother than before.

I started using oil if oregano because of some gut bacteria issues. I read a lot online about natural things to try after the prescribed treatment didn’t work. That’s how I found oil of oregano. Honestly, the first time I tried it its was extremely potent even when diluted with cranberry juice. I know this oil is already diluted but I don’t think taking it without further dilute would be a good idea. I would recommend buying some capsules and putting the oil there first and then taking it.
