Hello. We are sorry it took awhile for your order to be delivered. Your order was placed on January 17, a US holiday. There was a backlog due to the 3 day weekend, but your order was shipped on January 22. Your order had to go through customs at an international carrier facility before it was transmitted to Canada, where it had to be cleared by Canadian customs before it was sent back to the international carrier for delivery. Your order was delivered on February 11, which is not much longer than the usual international delivery time.
